Today we are talking about the process of shipment.
1.Firstly, we will contact our clients or customers send their requirements to us about what they need, usually we will have a basis knowledge about clients needs.
2.Secondly, prices would be quoted according to each product and discuss more details about the product, like thickness, density, quantity, trade terms, payment terms, shipment, etc.
3.Thirdly, after all details are confirmed, the clients will ask for a contract about what they need according to the discussion.
4.After receiving payment deposit, the products are arranged within lead time. After production, the all details would be sent to clients and they will book vessel accordingly. Usually the products are shipped by sea, not by air. The voyage date is different from 10-60 days depending on how far the destination is.
5.When clients booked the vessel, the products will be loaded into containers and transported to the local seaport and shipped to destination seaport.
6.After the vessel dispatched, the clients will pay balance according to the copy of bill of lading. The original bill of lading will be sent to clients after receiving balance, clients can get the products by the original documents.
Above all is the formal business process of what we usually do. Please notice that we usually ship the products by sea, for example, our products includes mineral fiber ceiling tile, glass wool products, rock wool products, etc. These products are big volume with light weight, so they are not suitable to ship them by air, the cost would be very very expensive, therefore, our products are suit for shipping by sea, in this way, the cost would be fair and economic.
