1.Basic level cleaning: The basic level is required to be level and free of impurities, mainly for all installations that may affect the construction of the mineral wool board ceiling.

2.Elastic line: According to the design of the mineral wool board ceiling, the elastic ceiling line is used as the standard line for the installation of the mineral wool board ceiling.

3.Installation of the rod: Determine the position of the rod according to the requirements of the construction drawings, install the built-in parts of the rod, brush with anti-rust paint, the rod is made of steel bars with a diameter of 8, and the distance between the lifting points is 900~1200mm. During installation, the upper end is welded with the embedded part, and the lower end is connected with the hanger after threading. The exposed length of the installed rod end is not less than 3mm.

4.Install the main channel: generally use C38 keel with a distance of 900～1200mm. When installing the main channel, the main channel hanger should be connected to the main channel, tighten the screws, and the ceiling should be arched 1/200 according to the requirements, and the flatness of the channel should be checked at any time. The main channel of the room is arranged along the long direction of the lamps, pay attention to avoid the position of the lamps; the main channel in the corridor is arranged along the short direction of the corridor.

5.Installation of main tee, cross tee, wall angle: The matching grid is usually painted T-shaped keel, and the spacing is the same as the horizontal specification of the board. The cross tee is hung on the main tee through a pendant. Install 600mm cross bracing keel in the direction parallel to the main tee, with a spacing of 600 or 1200mm.

6.Installation of wall angle: V-shaped wall angle is used, and the wall is fixed with a plastic expansion tube or self-tapping screw. The fixed distance should be 200mm. The wall before the installation of the wall angle should be leveled with putty, which can avoid pollution and difficulty in leveling when the wall is scraped with putty in the future.

7.Concealed inspection: After the installation of water and electricity, water test, and suppression, the ceiling grid should be concealed inspection, and the next process can be entered after the inspection is qualified.

8.Installation of mineral fiber board: The specifications and thickness of the mineral fiber board should be determined according to specific design requirements. Operators must wear white gloves when installing mineral fiber boards to avoid pollution.
