Our general export products are mineral fiber sound-absorbing ceiling tiles, glass wool sound-absorbing ceiling tiles, calcium silicate board, cement board, glass wool products and rock wool products, etc.

There are three general export delivery methods: sea, air, and rail. Like our building materials, they are generally not too heavy in weight and relatively large in size, which are especially suitable for sea transportation, so most countries with ports, we choose sea transportation. Some Central Asian countries, such as Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, can only choose railway transportation. Like Mongolia, we can deliver goods to Erlian city. Among these types of transportation, sea transportation is the most convenient and easiest to operate.

Then the delivery method by sea is also divided into fob, cif, c&f. Generally, we only do these three. There is also a way of home delivery, which we cannot do. It is not as simple as the delivery by air express. The home delivery by sea includes a series of operations at the destination port. Generally, we do not use this delivery method. In addition, there are some customers who take out the goods by LCL and ask us to send the goods to a warehouse or a factory in China. This is feasible.

Fob is when we put the goods on the ship and complete the delivery. cif and c&f is that we are responsible for sea transportation, even if the ship arrives at the destination port, we have completed the delivery. Generally, these three methods are the ones we most often cooperate with our clients. Some new customers have never imported before, so we suggest that customers can first find the local freight company to inquire about the specific import process and related costs, or they can find a local freight forwarder to operate the import directly.
