4) The overlap width between the facing material and the keel should be greater than 2/3 of the width of the keel bearing surface;
5) The material, specification, installation distance and connection method of boom and keel should meet the design requirements;
6) Metal booms and keels should be treated with surface anti-corrosion; wooden keels should be treated with anti-corrosion and fire prevention;
7) The boom and keel of the ceiling project must be installed firmly.

What should we do if the ceiling is not flat after the ceiling of the mineral fiber board is completed?
Precautions:
1) The hanging ribs must be straightened, and anti-rust treatment is required. The distance between the hanging points should be controlled within 1200mm, 900mm is recommended, and the installation is firm and no looseness;
2) The laying of the ceiling is accurate, and the arching needs to be calculated to determine the arching height and not less than 1/200 of the short span of the room;
3) Heavy-duty lamps and equipment are forbidden to be installed on the keel of the ceiling project due to the special hanging ribs.
