When pasting the outside corners of the external walls and the outside corners around the door and window frames, please follow the pre-popped reference line for construction. At the same time, the insulation board at the corners of the door and window openings should be fully bonded, and there should be no insulation board joints here.

At the corners, paste them according to the pre-arranged size, and glue them vertically and staggered connections. The corners must be straight and complete.

Apply bonding mortar to the insulation board, and the area of the mortar applied should be greater than 40%. Immediately after smearing, gently squeeze the insulation board on the wall.

When attaching the insulation board to the wall, always use a 2-meter leaning ruler for repeated flattening operations, and pat it flat with the adjacent board surface to ensure that the height difference between board and board is not greater than 1.5mm, and the flatness of the insulation board is guaranteed. Can be bonded firmly. We must remove the bonding mortar extruded from the four sides of the insulation board in time after each board is pasted, so as to avoid bonding mortar between the board gaps; the board and board must be squeezed tightly, the gap should not be greater than 2mm, if the gap is greater than 2mm , the gap should be filled with insulation slats or filled with foamed polyurethane.

When encountering scaffolding connecting walls and other areas with protruding walls that need to be removed later, the entire insulation board should be reserved, and the construction should be finished while removing it.
