1. Flat mounting

Using light steel keel or wood keel, install gypsum board or other light thin board on the keel as the bottom plate with screws. The surface is required to be flat, and then the back of the sound absorbing board is to be installed with glue. In order to save the adhesive, it is recommended to use glue. It does not need to be coated with several dots on the surface of the board. The spacing of the glue dots is about 150mm.

Finally, paste the sound-absorbing board on the bottom plate where the installation line has been drawn in advance. At the same time, use special nails to fix it. Wipe the glue and nail position and flat paste, this installation method can also be made into a curved arc shape, but the maintenance and replacement are more troublesome.

2. Bright keel installation

Light steel keel or aluminum alloy keel is used, and the ceiling grid is installed according to the specifications of the selected sound-absorbing board, and then the mineral fiber ceiling board is directly placed on the ceiling grid, which is used for the installation of non-grooving and narrow-side drop-down boards. The characteristics of this installation method are relatively simple and convenient for maintenance and replacement. The keel is exposed, and the installation of the drop plate can form a concave seam, which is more three-dimensional than the flat seam formed by the installation.

3. Conceal keel installation

Generally, H-shaped light steel keel is used to install the keel frame according to the specifications of the selected plate. Insert the mineral fiber ceiling board with side grooves or with side grooves while falling down (beyond the hidden inserts) one by one into the frame. The characteristics of this installation method are that it is not divided by the keel, has no board seams, and has good integrity of the decorative surface. It is also convenient to repair and exchange beyond the concealed board, but it is more troublesome for the maintenance and replacement of the general concealed board.
