There are two types of ceilings in the industry: exposed frame ceilings and concealed ceiling ceilings.
1.The exposed frame type: the keel that can be clearly seen from the outside;
2.The concealed frame type: it is not easily saw from the appearance and generally lighter ceiling materials can be installed. Concealed suspended ceilings, such as mineral fiber board and fiberglass board, and there is another concealed suspended ceiling type, which uses light steel keel, such as plasterboard or large-area seamless spliced ceiling.
Take fiberglass board as an example, let’s take a look at its advantages. Concealed fiber glass board is looking like this. Using concealed ceiling panels could make places more graceful and tidy. You won’t see any ceiling profile from the outside. Concealed ceiling doesn’t need so much ceiling profile to support, it could support by themselves. That’s the biggest advantage of concealed ceiling, although its price is a little bit higher than ordinary ceilings, but it’s the real deal.
The glass fiber acoustic ceiling has the following properties.
1. Anti-fouling: The surface of the glass fiber sound-absorbing ceiling is treated with a special process, smooth, waterproof, and not easy to accumulate dust. If there is dirt on the surface caused by external factors, you can use a wet cloth or an eraser to treat the dirt.
2. Moisture-proof: The raw materials are processed by technical dry method. The fibers are sprayed out by the centrifuge and are directly made by high-pressure press. The fibers are not hydrophilic. Although there are a lot of pores in these materials, the products will not be affected by the humid environment. Deformation, sag, swelling, twisting, warping and other limited quadrants are produced. Multiple tests have proved that the product can be used in extremely harsh environments with high temperature and high humidity and still maintain stable performance and meet the requirements of moisture-proof products.
